Exchanges

• We always do exchanges but customer will always be responsible for shipping costs.
• No refunds only store credit.
• We guarantee our product for 60 days however we would have to check our product for any accidental damages that are not related to our product.
• Boots that will be exchanged must not be worn.

Web orders

• In web orders we offer B,D and E width please understand that hand made boots run diffrent in size than like a shelf boot.
• Always provide a good contact number so that we can contact you for more details.
• Estimated time for web orders is 9 - 10 weeks all depending on the style of boot it is.
• No changes can be done on web orders all as it is on our website.
